Use this guide when you need to:
Export Balance Sheet or Cashflow reports to Excel for analysis or sharing.
Review consolidated reports, including divisional or organisational comparisons.
Save reports to the Dashboard for quick access.
Click Export in the toolbar and select Excel.
Depending on the reporting level, different worksheets are included:
Organisation export:

Detail worksheet (projection by account name)
Division export:
Select the division.

Note: This differs from the Profit and Loss organisation export, which includes each division as a separate worksheet.

Detail worksheet (projection by account name)
Exports the Detail worksheet only.
Select Save to Report to add the report to the Dashboard under the Reports tab.
Can I compare budget to actual?
No. Actual vs budget reporting is only available for the Profit and Loss.
Can I save my original projections?
You have several options:
Export the report to Excel and keep a copy.
Use Playground mode to create a copy of the file and preserve your starting point.
Unlike the Profit and Loss, there is no option to Save Original Budget as there are no actual vs budget comparison reports for the Balance Sheet.
Can I run a report identifying Balance Sheet movements?
Yes. Go to Analysis → Source & Application of Funds or Dashboard → Profit to Cash for a Profit to Cash Analysis.
