Copy Across

When entering projections, if you double click on a value, it will copy across the value to future months unless a value has been manually entered in a future period. For example, if you want to copy across Rent of $1,000/month from July 2019, but a value has been manually entered of $2,000/month from July 2020, it will only update the values from July 2019 to June 2020. A warning message will be displayed;

The copy across will extend beyond the current year, however you can change a value in a future year by changing the projection start month and updating the value.

Copy Down

When updating the chart of accounts, you can copy the label down by ticking the box next to the label. In the example below, the label for the expense is "OH - Administration" and by ticking the boxes for the other expenses it has automatically copied the label down.

Account Projected as a % of another Account

If you double click on an account, a pop up box will appear which will allow you to calculate the projection as a % of another account.

To add accounts as a % of multiple accounts, you can use Calculations which features under Chart of Accounts.

Account Drill Down

Accounts with an * next to them mean they are a derived account and their values cannot be changed. If you double click on these accounts, it will reveal further information. For example, if you double click on Wages it will reveal the breakdown per employee;
