This article explains how to subscribe to Magnifi, manage subscription details, view your subscription, and delete a subscription. The process differs for businesses and advisors.

When you first sign up, you will start with a 30-day free trial.
To subscribe, click the Pricing link at the top of the page and choose your plan.
Enter your bank account details via GoCardless to set up an automated monthly direct debit.
Your subscription fee includes unlimited users and full access.
Billing is based on the number of entities you connect to Magnifi:
Example: Three files with one entity per file = three connections.
Example: One file with multiple divisions = one connection if there is only one entity.
If multiple divisions represent different entities, each entity counts as a separate connection.
Magnifi is free for advisors, unless you invite an external user (such as a client) into a file.
When adding a user, you’ll be prompted that the file will be charged if you are adding an external user (a user outside your organisation).
At the same time, you can choose whether the invoice is sent to the advisor or the client.
To change this later, open Organisation Settings (edit icon next to the organisation name) and update the Invoice To field.
Once the client is invited and logs in, they will be directed to the subscription page to enter their bank details via GoCardless. This sets up their automated monthly direct debit.
Billing is based on the number of connections, in the same way as business subscriptions.
After logging in, you can update subscription contact details in two ways:
Go to Home > Manage Subscriptions, or
Use the drop-down menu at the top of the page and select Subscription Contact.
Log in and go to the organisation page.
From the drop-down menu at the top of the page, select Subscriptions.
Log in and go to the organisation page.
From the drop-down menu at the top of the page, select Subscriptions.
Click Delete Subscription.
Is Magnifi free for advisors?
Yes. Advisors only pay when they invite external users (clients) into a file.
Can I change who receives the invoice?
Yes. Update the Invoice To field in organisation settings at any time.
How is pricing determined?
Businesses pay based on the number of entities (connections) set up, as outlined on the Pricing page.
